Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience, at least 3+ in Product Management or Strategy.
• Deep understanding of game development, live service business, and go-to-market for games.
• 3+ years leading or influencing cross-functional teams with strong collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Ability to solve complex problems with first-principles thinking and framework creation for rapid decisions.
• Deep familiarity with team-based competitive PVP games.
• Experience conceptualizing, designing, and shipping core gameplay systems.
• Familiarity with Revenue Strategy, Engagement Systems, Gameplay Mechanics, Live Service & Lifecycle, Analytics, and Research.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of player needs to drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core gameplay mechanics and systems.
• Collaborate with project and craft leaders to deliver player-focused gameplay elements such as progression, match dynamics, and systems.
• Maintain audience empathy to identify opportunity spaces, especially in competitive PVP genres.
• Contribute to live operations strategy and ensure alignment with overall game plans for sustainable live operations.
• Operationalize impact by ensuring team outputs support holistic product strategy with production.
• Partner with insights, research and analytics to base development on data and measurable outcomes.
