Job summary
Riot Games seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager for Organized Play on Publishing Platform to combine deep technical expertise with strong product leadership. You will own the product lifecycle from vision to roadmap, manage cross-functional teams, and drive solutions for real-time streaming, tournament ecosystems, and live broadcast tooling across global esports events.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Technical Product Management or engineering.
- 7+ years of dedicated product management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- Strong technical background in esports technologies and data management.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management with influence.
- Experience leading teams through the full product development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Be accountable for Global Live Operations - safeguarding the 99.9% reliability SLA during mission-critical windows.
- Direct real-time features including LiveStats and Esports Observer systems.
- Drive the product definition and rollout of our Esports Data Platform with external partners.
- Lead highly technical, multi-team dependencies including engine integration and tournament services.
- Translate customer and esports ecosystem needs into clear product requirements and strategy.
- Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for esports and community products.
- Lead cross-functional product execution from conception through delivery and iteration.
