Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a designer in the video game industry.
• Experience in live service or multiplayer environments.
• Experience on a first- or third-person game.
• Ability to analyze gameplay data and user feedback.
• Strong cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the design team to deliver the creative vision and goals.
• Collaborate with animation, programming, and level design teams to polish gameplay.
• Guide tools team to improve development workflow for rapid iteration.
• Articulate and champion product goals and creative vision across disciplines.
• Analyze data and feedback to refine and iterate on designs.
• Document and communicate game design concepts clearly.
• Stay updated on trends in enemy and boss design and bring ideas.
• Participate in playtests and provide constructive feedback.
• Other senior-level responsibilities as assigned.
