Job summary

On Location, a leading premium experiential hospitality company, seeks a Manager, G&A Accounting to oversee the corporate accounting close and reporting for shared services. You will partner with HR, Legal, and Treasury to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls.

The role requires 5–7 years of accounting experience, GAAP expertise, and NetSuite proficiency, with a focus on process improvement and automation.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, including responsibility for month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and corporate accounting processes.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly accounting close for assigned corporate G&A functions, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, financial analysis, and close coordination.
• Support the Senior Manager, Reporting & Consolidation with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting deliverables.
• Coordinate close activities with business unit accounting teams to ensure shared overhead and corporate accounting activities are accurately reflected in the consolidated financial statements.
• Partner with Finance Business Partners and operational leaders across Corporate, Core, and Olympics to understand business activities and support budget and forecast discussions.
• Maintain ownership of assigned balance sheet accounts, including preparing and reviewing reconciliations and supporting documentation.
• Manage accounting for assigned corporate functions, ensuring timely expense recognition and month-end accruals.
