Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
• Master's degree preferred; CPA preferred.
• Minimum five years of attest experience in a professional services firm.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB auditing standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of U.S. GAAP compilations and reporting, agreed upon procedures, and special projects.
• Identify accounting, financial statement, and reporting issues based on professional guidelines.
• Provide recommendations for business and process improvements.
• Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively with the client to provide service.
• Supervise and lead staff through guidance and coaching; evaluate performance on engagements.
• Participate in recruiting and staff development activities.
