Relativity Space, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across a broad portfolio of corporate functions, including Environmental Health and Safety, Security, Legal, Communications and Brand, Regulatory and Government Affairs, Strategic Affairs, Revenue Operations, Human Resources, Finance, and Accounting.

This role is a critical partner to G&A leaders, translating evolving workforce needs into thoughtful, effective recruiting strategies while delivering a

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including support for G&A or other corporate functions.
• Experience leading complex, senior-level searches—Director level and above.
• Experience recruiting in high-growth, fast-paced environments; aerospace/defense a plus.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to build targeted pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with G&A leaders and People Business Partners to translate workforce plans into recruiting strategies.
• Advise hiring managers with market intelligence, talent calibration, and structured feedback.
• Proactively source passive talent through targeted outreach, networking, and market research.
• Lead offer strategy including compensation benchmarking, candidate consultation, negotiation, and closing.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience reflecting Relativity’s brand and standards.
• Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse and contribute to pipeline reporting and quality metrics.
