Job summary

Relativity Space is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across a broad portfolio of corporate functions, including Environmental Health and Safety, Security, Legal, Communications and Brand, Regulatory and Government Affairs, Strategic Affairs, Revenue Operations, Human Resources, Finance, and Accounting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Ability to lead complex, senior-level searches—Director level and above
• Experience recruiting in high-growth environments (tech/aerospace/defense a plus)
• Strong sourcing skills and pipeline-building for hard-to-fill roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder influence
• Collaborative, able to manage a full book of business independently

Responsibilities

• Partner with G&A leaders and People Business Partners to translate workforce plans into recruiting strategies
• Advise hiring managers with market intelligence, talent calibration, and structured feedback
• Proactively source and engage passive talent through targeted outreach and market research
• Lead offer strategy including compensation benchmarking and negotiation
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience reflecting Relativity’s brand and values
• Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse and contribute to pipeline and hiring metrics
