Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in G&A or corporate functions.
• Proven ability to advise senior executives and influence hiring decisions using data and market insights.
• Experience leading complex, senior-level searches from intake through offer acceptance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consultative partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for complex and senior-level roles across G&A functions.
• Advise senior and executive leaders on workforce needs, candidate profiles, and hiring strategy.
• Lead intake and calibration sessions to translate business priorities into search and interview plans.
• Use AI to accelerate market research, talent mapping, sourcing, and candidate engagement.
• Build proactive pipelines across technology, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, and adjacent industries.
• Assess candidates using structured practices focused on expertise, leadership, motivation, and fit.
