URUR is a nimble fintech building open financial rails with a regulated, multi-currency treasury framework. We seek an experienced professional to own FX trading rate management, treasury settlements, and compliance alignment across international operations.

The role partners with banks and liquidity providers to optimize costs and ensure robust reconciliation processes. You will design SOPs for treasury and trading operations, collaborate with product and engineering to enhance rate engines,

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in FX trading, treasury ops, or payments treasury (bank, fintech, or PSP background preferred).
• Solid understanding of cross-border payment flows, FX markets, and settlement mechanics.
• Hands-on in running treasury ops and reconciliations—not just policy-level.
• Strong analytical mindset; experience working with liquidity providers, custodians, and banking partners.

Responsibilities

• FX trading rate management and negotiation with banks/liquidity providers.
• Oversee treasury settlements and reconciliations across multiple currencies.
• Coordinate with finance on cashflow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Work with compliance to ensure regulatory standards in FX/treasury ops.
• Partner with product/engineering to optimize FX rate engines and backend ops tools.
