OpenFX is hiring a Head of Trade Operations to build and lead the Trade Operations function. You will own end-to-end trade and treasury operations, ensuring settlement accuracy across currencies and time zones as volume scales.

You will partner with Product, Partnerships, Finance, Business Operations and Compliance to define the operating model, implement controls, and stay hands-on until settlements are accurate and data is trustworthy across corridors.

Formación

• 15+ years in trade operations, treasury or related functions with senior leadership.
• Proven track record of building and scaling operations across geographies.
• Deep knowledge of full trade lifecycle, FX, and multi-currency liquidity.
• Strong leadership with clear accountability and measurable results.
• Excellent risk, controls and regulatory judgment.
• Strong executive communication and decision-making.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and drive initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and scale the Trade Operations function across geographies.
• Own end-to-end trade lifecycle: execution, booking, reconciliation and settlement across currencies.
• Manage liquidity and treasury, cash forecasting and funding.
• Build operational risk framework, controls and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Drive automation, reporting and systems roadmaps for ops.
• Collaborate with Product, Partnerships, Finance, Compliance and Engineering to align on strategy and execution.
• Develop team culture, scorecards and development plans.
• Maintain real-time settlement visibility and reduce discrepancies.
