Job summary

HawodTech Solutions Inc. is seeking a Treasury Operations leader to manage FX settlements and payments across multiple regions. You will collaborate with the FX Trading desk, Cash Management, and banking partners to ensure accurate, timely settlements and robust controls.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar Treasury/FX operations role, strong problem solving, and excellent communication. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Treasury Operations, the position supports global process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Business Economics.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Treasury/FX operations role.
• Experience with SWIFT messaging, TMS and payment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Treasury Operations team of analysts.
• Collaborate across global teams to ensure efficient cash management and FX settlements.
• Manage trade matching and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee daily settlement processes within currency cut-off times.
• Oversee day-to-day payments across developed and emerging markets currencies.
• Support Treasury management on strategic projects (e.g., SWIFT, TMS).
