Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Senior FX Operations Analyst in Pittsburgh, PA to support fast-paced, time-sensitive foreign exchange transactions and client processing activities. The role requires strong knowledge of FX, derivatives, or cash processing and the ability to resolve complex operational issues.

The position involves providing analytics, managing complex client issues, and collaborating with multiple organizational units to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 5–7 years of total work experience is preferred.
• Experience in Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, or Cash processing is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides complex analytics and reporting services, to improve client processing systems.
• Manages moderate to complex external client issues.
• Advises other teams to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.
• Meets with units to ensure problems are addressed and resolved timely.
• Participates in product development, enhancement, and system testing.
• Solves complex problems using system knowledge and industry standards.
• Supports lower level client processing roles.
• May supervise and train team members.
• Contributes to related team objectives.

Job Title:Senior FX Operations Analyst Location:Pittsburg, PA Type: Full Time Salary- $95000/yr

Our client which a leading bank is seeking a detail-oriented Senior FX Operations Analyst to support fast-paced, time-sensitive foreign exchange transactions and client processing activities. This role requires strong knowledge of FX, derivatives, or cash processing, along with the ability to resolve complex operational issues, analyze data, and improve transaction-processing systems.

• Provides complex analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate Client Processing systems.
• Manages moderate to complex external client issues.
• Directly advises other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service, or resolution of issue.
• Meets with organizational units/teams to ensure problems and issues are being addressed appropriately and that they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Participates in product development, product enhancement, and system testing to ensure that products continue to accurately and efficiently process high value transactions.
• Solves complex problems based on an understanding and knowledge of the intricacies of the system.
• Integrates in-depth area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients.
• Provides support to lower level client processing roles.
• May be responsible for allocating and checking work of other team members.
• May be responsible for specific supervisory review, training and approval actions.
• Contributes to the achievement of related teams objectives

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Estimated Min Rate: $66500.00

Estimated Max Rate: $95000.00
