Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years experience in treasury, accounting, or finance.
• Strong understanding of foreign currency risk, hedging strategies, and treasury operations.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and treasury software; automation focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead hedging strategy discussions and select hedging instruments.
• Manage currency risk across a multi-program FX hedge portfolio.
• Drive automation to identify exposures and optimize hedging approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Tax, Accounting, and Planning.
• Coach and mentor treasury team members.
