Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial loan servicing or related operations.
• Experience with complex loan structures and servicing workflows.
• Exposure to foreign currency loan servicing and cross-border settlements preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong Excel proficiency and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Administer and service complex commercial loan portfolios with high accuracy.
• Lead servicing of foreign currency loan transactions and cross-border settlements.
• Review domestic and international wire transfers and internal fund movements.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex servicing issues.
• Facilitate loan modifications and escrow disbursements with proper approvals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and scalability.
• Perform daily and monthly GL clearing and reconciliation; resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
• Maintain service levels and professional internal/external customer support.
