Qualifications

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
4-6 years experience in an Application Support role.
Experience installing, configuring or supporting business applications.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., bash/Python) and SQL.
Experience with the data analytical capabilities of Excel (e.g., V-Lookup, pivot tables, etc).
Knowledge of Unix/Windows Operation Systems.
Nice-to-Have: Working knowledge of FIX Protocol.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and business support for Citi Applications for internal/external users.
Maintain application systems in daily production operations.
Manage and support applications and operating environments with focus on stability and functionality.
Perform start-of-day checks and regional handovers.
Engage in incident tracking, reporting and follow-up as necessary.
Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
Coordinate with development and other support areas to prioritize bug fixes.
Participate in application releases from development to production.
