Job summary

Annapurna Labs Ltd. in the United States is seeking an experienced L6 Formal Verification Engineer to own the FV strategy for a Graviton/Nitro subsystem.

You will guide the team, review from strategy through sign-off, and mentor engineers to deepen their formal expertise. You will shape verification methodologies, apply AI-driven flows, and collaborate with design teams to improve reliability and performance of AWS cloud hardware.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
8+ years of hands-on formal verification experience.
Expert knowledge of SystemVerilog Assertions (SVA).
Hands-on experience with industry formal verification tools.
Experience owning formal verification through sign-off.

Responsibilities

Own the formal verification strategy for a specific subsystem.
Lead a team of FV engineers from work distribution to sign-off.
Mentor engineers and grow their formal expertise.
Drive and evolve team-wide formal methodologies.
Build and apply AI and agentic flows in formal verification.
Work closely with design teams to define verification intent and improve design quality.
