Job summary

Movement Labs is expanding its fundraising operations with a focus on building scalable donor data systems and automation. You will own the data, CRM, and automation architecture, including potential new tools and Claude-powered workflows.

You’ll collaborate with fundraisers to translate needs into practical tools and processes. The role is fully remote and targets experienced builders capable of working across data wrangling, integration, and automation to support a lean team in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• Track record building data/CRM systems from scratch.
• Depth with AI tools and connectors as a builder, not just a user.
• Generalist, hands-on orientation with messy data and systemic fixes.
• Experience in major donor fundraising and translating fundraising language into tools.

Responsibilities

• Define systems strategy and architecture for donor data and CRM.
• Design taxonomy of tags and data points to enable relational donor engagement.
• Design automations, forms, views, and workflows for self-service by the team.
• Ensure compliance requirements are preserved in CRM evaluations or replacements.
• Build Claude-powered automations for briefing, prospecting, and related tasks.
• Identify processes to automate in partnership with fundraising staff.
• Build data wrangling pipelines and configure tools.
• Translate evolving needs into working systems.
• Collaborate with frontline fundraisers to understand workflows.
