Job summary

The Sr. Manager, Walk to End Alzheimer's, leads the world's largest Alzheimer's care and research fundraiser in Austin, TX.

You’ll cultivate corporate and community partnerships, recruit volunteers, and drive revenue through peer-to-peer events, mentoring committees, and strategic outreach. You will manage multiple events annually, coach volunteers, and use data to optimize outcomes while traveling up to 60% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years recruiting and mobilizing volunteers or meeting sales targets.
• Experience managing multiple volunteer-led events with revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable corporate and community relationships to drive revenue goals.
• Recruit, manage, and coach volunteers to implement proven fundraising practices.
• Oversee multiple peer-to-peer events with year-over-year growth.
• Travel up to 60% within the assigned territory by car and occasionally overnight stays.
• Manage event budgets, timelines and milestones, using data to improve outcomes.
