Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance programs, SEC filings, financial statement reporting, fund expense management, and Board reporting.
• Coordinate fund operations with fund clients, regulatory agencies, and key service providers.
• Respond to client and regulatory inquiries and develop team capabilities.
