Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports the day-to-day financial and compliance operations of a mutual fund, ETF, closed-end fund and/or business development company client.
• Primary contact with fund clients coordinating with service providers such as investment advisor, custodian, transfer agent, fund accountant, attorneys and auditors.
• Duties may include monitoring and/or reviewing a fund budget based on contractual agreements, fee proposals and expense activity trends.
• Help prepare and/or review financial statements for client shareholders and test/review portfolio compliance with SEC, GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements.
