S+H Search is seeking a Senior Leadership – Fund Financial Operations to oversee fund reporting, financial operations, investor reporting, and third-party service providers across a diverse portfolio of investment vehicles. This is a high-impact role requiring strategic oversight and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in fund accounting, fund reporting, investment accounting, or fund operations.
• Experience with real estate, private equity, or alternative investments preferred.
• Strong understanding of fund structures, financial reporting, NAVs, capital activity, and investor reporting.
• Experience managing third-party administrators.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead fund financial operations and oversee third-party administrators.
• Review financial statements, NAVs, capital accounts, allocations, and investor reporting.
• Oversee audit and reporting processes and ensure strong controls and accuracy.
