Job summary

Partnership Employment seeks a seasoned fund operations professional to serve as the primary operational liaison for external managers, administrators, and partners. You will help design scalable, automated operating frameworks to support multiple investment vehicles and ensure accurate NAV validation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key operational contact for external investment managers, fund administrators, distribution partners, and other third-party providers.
• Establish and continuously improve the operating framework used to support the firm’s investment vehicles, with an emphasis on scalability, consistency, and automation.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across Investor Relations, Product, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Sales, and Marketing to support ongoing fund activities and business initiatives.
• Validate fund accounting information by comparing internal books and records against administrator-prepared NAV materials and supporting schedules.
• Review periodic and annual financial reporting packages and coordinate with administrators to address questions or discrepancies.
• Manage relationships and service levels across the fund-services ecosystem, including administrators, auditors, tax providers, custodians, and other external partners.
• Track fund liquidity and cash requirements, oversee reconciliations, and coordinate the maintenance of appropriate cash balances.
• Coordinate accounts payable activity and oversee the allocation of fund-related expenses.
• Develop, document, and periodically refine operating procedures, controls, and policies supporting the fund platform.
• Coordinate directly with custodians, banking partners, and other counterparties to resolve operational matters and facilitate required transactions.
• Collaborate with internal counsel and the Chief Compliance Officer to support adherence to governing fund documentation, regulatory obligations, and applicable SEC and FINRA requirements.
• Contribute to special projects, process-improvement initiatives, and other operational priorities as business needs evolve.
