Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with fund (NAV) accounting required, with real estate exposure preferred.
• Experience with accounting software such as Yardi preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP and FASB regulations and financial terms.
• Technical financial skills and knowledge of GAAP/IFRS applicable to real estate.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and review NAV calculations and financial packages for completion and accuracy.
• Update and monitor daily trading, general ledger activity, and pricing of funds to ensure NAV accuracy.
• Produce, review, and verify financial information including investor commitments and asset accruals.
• Prepare financial statements; assist with audit and tax preparation and review.
• Handle portfolio budgets, forecasts, and reports for clients and investors.
• Assist with reviewing P&L calculations at fund and investor levels.
• Coordinate treasury, cash management, and fund-level reconciliations.
• Provide technical guidance and portfolio training to others as needed.
• Coordinate work with SPOC guidelines; troubleshoot issues and ensure timely responses.
• Coach junior staff and support internal/external audits; ensure SOX/compliance where applicable.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and onboarding of new clients.
