The role requires 7+ years of experience in real estate fund accounting, proficiency in Yardi, and strong communication for client and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with fund (NAV) accounting and real estate industry exposure preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP, FASB, REIS, IFRS where applicable.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and review NAV calculations and financial packages.
• Monitor daily trading, GL activity, and fund pricing for NAV accuracy.
• Prepare financial statements and assist with audits and tax.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and client/investor reporting.
• Coordinate treasury, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
• Coach junior staff and support audits and internal controls.
