Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with fund (NAV) accounting.
• Experience with Yardi or similar accounting software.
• Knowledge of GAAP, FASB, IFRS where applicable.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Strong quantitative skills for financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review NAV calculations and financial packages.
• Monitor daily trading, GL activity, and fund pricing for NAV accuracy.
• Prepare financial statements; assist with audits and tax preparation.
• Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and client reports.
• Review P&L at fund and investor levels.
• Oversee treasury, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff.
• Support audits with required documentation.
• Ensure adherence to IA&R standards and SOX (if applicable).
