Job summary

JTC Group is seeking a Fund Services professional to administer a client portfolio under supervision, with a focus on risk awareness, relationship management and regulatory obligations. Hybrid workplace with exposure to private equity and real estate fund servicing.

You will handle investor onboarding, accounting, and quarterly reporting while ensuring AML/KYC, billing, and cash management are executed efficiently. Collaboration with auditors and junior staff is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of private equity experience or fund administration experience.
• College degree preferred in accounting, business, math, finance, or economics.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day investor servicing/onboarding, accounting and reporting for private equity and real estate funds.
• Process general ledger activity for investor-, fund-, and investment-level transactions.
• Process investor subscription documentation and AML/KYC procedures.
• Manage daily cash activity, wire transfers and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review quarterly accounting packages and partner allocations.
• Assist training of junior team members.
• Prepare US GAAP financials and partner capital statements.
• Ensure fund waterfall and management fee calculations align with LP/LLC documents.
• Prepare investor capital calls and distributions notices.
• Assist external auditors during year-end audits.
• Interact with clients on day-to-day matters and ad-hoc queries.
• Participate in technology reviews and propose enhancements.
• Manage billing and cash collection to minimize write-offs.
• Adhere to risk, compliance and CPD requirements and JTC values.
