Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum of 9 years of accounting experience with a focus on alternative investment funds.
• Experience preparing and reviewing general ledgers, workpapers, and financial statements.
• Deadline oriented with ability to complete assigned tasks independently.
• Strong understanding of fund accounting and investment structures (carried interest, allocations, waterfalls).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Entrilia and/or QuickBooks is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction.
• Ownership and accountability for client deliverables and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with Fund Managers and stakeholders.
• Oversee the delivery of services for assigned client engagements and manage deliverables.
• Provide oversight and quality control across engagements and resolve complex issues.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff on transactions and fund nuances.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices for efficiency and controls.
