Job summary

ZEDRA Group in Beachwood, OH, is seeking an Staff, Fund Administration at associate level to develop expertise in fund accounting and client-facing service. You will prepare financial statements, regulatory filings, audits, and budget analyses, while supporting onboarding and special projects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 1+ years of fund accounting experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 1+ years’ experience in similar role (or fund accounting), with a focus on Regulated Investment Companies and/or alternative investments funds.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with others at various levels

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements for funds serviced by Gryphon including Form N-PORT, semiannual and annual reports (Forms N-CSRs and N-CSR) and other regulatory filings per client need.
• Prepare and/or assist in fund audits.
• Prepare Trust quarterly board book reports associated with various Trusts.
• Prepare quarterly fund budgets/expense analysis and recommend accrual changes.
• Assist with client onboarding.
• Special projects as needed
