AngelList’s Belltower Funds is seeking a Fund Accounting Senior Associate to support valuation, reporting, and accounting for 27,000+ funds on the AngelList platform. You will review post-close actions, manage fee calculations, and coordinate with GPs and LPs.

You will help prepare financial statements (audited/unaudited) and contribute to automation efforts with engineering, while ensuring GAAP compliance and sound internal controls. Hybrid NYC/SF work model and competitive compensation offered.

Qualificações

• 3-4+ years in financial services, fund administration or VC/PE accounting.
• CPA license strongly preferred.
• Great communication with portfolio companies and investors.
• Excellent attention to detail and process discipline.
• Strong understanding of core financial concepts in venture finance.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate portfolio company events and determine valuation actions.
• Prepare audited and unaudited financial statements with audit firms.
• Ensure GAAP compliance for portfolio investments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to automate processes.
• Be directly responsible for specific team functions and workflows.
• Work on ad hoc projects.
