Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Financial & Regulatory Reporting Senior Associate to join our team in Philadelphia, PA (hybrid with remote work possible). You will perform fund accounting for hedge funds, private equity funds and related products, ensuring GAAP-compliant results and timely investor reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and 5+ years of related experience, with strong analytical, communication and multitasking capabilities across MS Office applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Five or more years of related experience in portfolio/partnership accounting, finance or portfolio management.
• Thorough knowledge in accounting, reporting, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary fund accountant on multiple relationships ensuring GAAP-compliant accounting processes.
• Prepare fund financial statements, audit and tax schedules and allocate profits to investors.
• Review fund expenses, reconcile investor contributions/withdrawals and disseminate performance information.
