Landing Point is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to support a growing platform across credit strategies. The role covers month-end close, fund performance analysis, and fee calculations under US GAAP, with interaction with auditors and trustees.

The ideal candidate has CPA preference and 3–5 years in public/private accounting, plus strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and a track record with credit instruments. This is a full-time position based in New York.

Competenze

• CPA preferred with 3-5 years of Public/Private accounting experience (Big 4 preferred)
• Strong U.S. GAAP technical accounting expertise
• Experience with credit instruments including bank loans, bonds, structured products
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

Mansioni

• Month-end close process, including review of NAV packages prepared by fund administrators and trustees
• Analyze profit/loss and RORs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis; report fund performance to investors
• Calculate management fees & incentive fees on hedge and PE style structures
• Coordinate year-end audits and provide information for tax preparation
• Report quarterly and annual accounting information to corporate accounting for 10Q/10K
• Responsible for portfolio valuation review and p&l attribution reporting
• Manage investor inquiries, reporting, and ad-hoc requests
• Maintain detailed summary tracking expenditures across funds
• Identify and analyze daily cash activity for various fund entities
• Manage relationships with trustees/administrators
• Complete internal fund reporting including liquidity and investment metrics
• Contribute to internal business reviews & reporting for senior leaders
• Execute on ad hoc requests from senior leaders

Job Responsibilities

Compensation

Pay Rate: $75 – $110/hr
