Job summary

Landing Point,$60 - $80/hr position requires overseeing monthly NAV and portfolio reconciliation, plus capital calls and distributions. You will calculate fees, waterfall allocations, IRR, and oversee expense allocations, budgets, and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• 5-10 years of public accounting/private equity experience, preferably with Big 4 and asset management.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly NAV and portfolio reconciliation processes.
• Prepare and review capital calls and distribution allocations.
• Calculate management fees, distributions, waterfall allocations, and IRR.
• Prepare and review expense allocations and payments.
• Monitor expenses and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Review financial statements and regulatory reporting.
• Maintain loan investments and debt financings in Investran; ensure data integrity.
• Prepare and review fund forecasts, performance estimates, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Coordinate wire payments for firm revenues and related cash flows.
• Review fund documents and support new fund launches.
• Liaise with Investment and Operations teams to enhance reporting quality.
• Assist in reviewing investor statements and quarterly investment letters.
• Coordinate year-end audits with external auditors and oversee offshore teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly/daily NAV and portfolio reconciliation process
• Prepare and review capital calls and distribution allocations
• Calculate management fee, distributions, waterfall allocations, and IRR
• Prepare and review expense allocations and payments
• Monitor expenses and prepare budgets
• Review financial statements and regulatory reporting
• Maintain information and reconcile loan investments and debt financings in Investran
• Prepare and review fund forecasts, performance estimates, attributions, and other ad-hoc projects
• Oversee calculations and manage wire payments for various firm revenues
• Review fund legal documents and assist in building processes for new fund launches
• Liaise with Investment and Operations teams to enhance reporting
• Assist in review of investor statements, quarterly investment letters, and internal reporting
• Maintain accounting-related data in internal systems
• Coordinate with external auditors for the year-end audit process
• Oversee and review the work of the offshore team and various administrators
