What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a high‑performing private credit fund accounting team
- Oversee quarterly/annual financials, investor reporting, and NAV packages
- Manage general ledger, performance reporting, and SPV accounting
- Review capital call/distribution notices, fee calculations, waterfalls & carried interest
- Oversee accounting for senior loans, unitranche, mezzanine, subordinated debt, structured credit, and co‑investments
- Partner with valuation teams on methodologies for illiquid credit instruments
- Provide technical accounting guidance for complex transactions and structures
- Manage relationships with auditors, administrators, and investment teams
- Support fundraising with data, offering materials, and diligence responses
- Drive automation, streamline processes, and implement best practices
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s in Accounting (CPA or Master’s a plus)
- 7–10+ years in private credit, direct lending, or alternatives fund accounting/reporting
- Strong leadership and team‑development experience
- Expertise in fund accounting systems (Geneva, Allvue, Investran, eFront) and advanced Excel
- Experience with complex waterfalls and carried interest
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
- Working knowledge of multi‑currency and cross‑border structures
