Job summary

DHL eCommerce in the United States (Florida region) seeks a Manager Functional Processes to design, implement, and continuously improve functional processes driving the DeC Americas 2030 Ambition. The role strengthens leadership and builds bench strength while deploying top talent across initiatives and transformation programs.

You will mentor teams, oversee governance of strategies, and enable cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, data-driven improvements with strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5–6 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated expertise leading complex, cross-functional initiatives; First Choice or Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high-priority functional projects, strategic initiatives, and critical operational challenges across the function.
• Apply deep subject matter expertise to solve complex problems, develop solutions, and accelerate decision-making.
• Ensure consistent execution and governance of functional strategies, standards, and best practices across the organization.
• Step into critical roles during periods of transition, peak demand, or capability gaps to ensure business continuity and performance stability.
• Support functional transformation initiatives, including process improvements, digital adoption, and organizational change efforts.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to design, implement and scale process improvements ensuring effective adoption, clear communication, and sustainable outcomes.
