Qualifications

Strong background in software development and SAFe/Agile methodologies.
Excellent oral and written communication to customers, management and non-technical audiences.
Advanced MS Office experience, including Excel.
Experience in large, Agile software development or data integration projects.
Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements in ALM tools.

Responsibilities

Lead capture of business requirements for software development teams.
Collaborate with users, IT, and leadership to elaborate requirements in ALM tools.
Manage requirements in an ALM tool and write detailed specs.
Perform Agile requirement management for a product team.
Develop business process models and formal specifications.
Conduct user interviews and facilitate sessions to capture needs.
Document and track requirements, tests, and defects.
Coordinate with Systems Engineers on technical impact and risks.
Deliver project documents to the client and manage change control.
