Strong background in software development and SAFe/Agile frameworks.
Excellent oral and written communication with technical audiences.
Advanced MS Office skills including Excel.
Analytical skills and ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
Experience with JIRA and requirements management tools.
Experience in large, Agile software development or data integration projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
Collaborate with users, IT, and leadership to elaborate requirements in an ALM tool.
Manage requirements in an ALM tool.
Perform Agile requirement management for a product team.
Analyze user needs to determine functional, cross-functional, and technical requirements.
Conduct user interviews and develop business process models and specifications.
Gather and document business, functional, technical requirements with stakeholders.
Refine user stories and decompose into backlog items with acceptance criteria.
Use ALM tools (JIRA) for requirements, testing, and defect management.
Track system and business requirements across the lifecycle.
Validate requirements and integrations.
Conduct backlog refinement sessions.
Coordinate with Systems Engineers on technical impact.
Manage and coordinate requirements for multiple projects.
Write and deliver project documents to clients.
Identify and manage risks and issues impacting progress.
Develop and maintain project/product backlogs.
Own change control for requirements.
Develop change requests per policies.
Facilitate configuration management for artifacts.
Track traceability among requirements, test cases, risks.
Report execution status and metrics across SAFe lifecycle.
Identify tasks and interrelationships to create well-documented stories.
Become a product functional SME.
Lead and mentor junior analysts.
Establish relationships with product and business owners.
Support development team to understand requirements in detail.
Follow Scrum and deliver requirements for Sprint teams.
Remove impediments to complete Sprints.
Provide qualitative and quantitative information to teams and stakeholders.
Support change control processes to monitor scope.
