We’re seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join the Customer Experience team and help us build a world-class Customer Support platform. With Whatnot’s rapid growth, we face a high volume of complex support needs—covering technical, purchasing, and logistics issues for both buyers and sellers. Our team is responsible for resolving these quickly, reliably, and with high customer satisfaction.
As a team member, you’ll develop new user-facing experiences, scale internal infrastructure, and design intelligent automation to resolve thousands of customer issues per hour.
You’ll lead solutions end-to-end, translating ambiguous business problems into clear technical solutions, and driving delivery and experimentation. Your role involves creative problem-solving to balance development speed, product impact, and technical excellence.
Team members in this role should be within commuting distance of our hubs in San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, or New York.
For US-based applicants: $185,000/year to $205,000/year + benefits + equity. Final salary depends on level, experience, skills, and expertise. This range includes base salary only, excluding benefits and equity.
