Shuttlebase in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to design, build, and scale our AI-driven platform. You will own critical parts of the stack, from APIs to dashboards, and drive fast delivery with high impact.

You’ll work across data infrastructure and ML integration, collaborating with the founding team to shape product direction and engineering culture while shipping real-world AI features at pace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fullstack experience (Python, JS, AWS preferred)
• Experience leading teams or driving major projects
• Background in CS, EE, Math, or equivalent hands-on mastery
• An AI enthusiast who wants to build with LLMs and shape how they’re applied in the real world.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable systems — backend APIs to frontend dashboards.
• Design large-scale data infrastructure that explains how websites are built and perform.
• Train and integrate LLMs into production to hypothesize, generate, and validate website variants.
• Shape engineering culture and practices across the stack and processes.
• Experiment, prototype, and iterate across research, product, AI, and scale.
