Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong production experience with Python or Go.
• Experience building modern applications with TypeScript and React.
• A solid understanding of APIs, databases, and backend architecture.
• Experience shipping production software and owning features from concept through deployment.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship end-to-end features across a modern AI-powered platform.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python and/or Go.
• Develop intuitive, high-performance frontend experiences using TypeScript and React.
• Work with complex data to create intelligent, customer-facing applications.
• Collaborate directly with engineering leadership to make technical and product decisions.
• Help establish engineering practices and technical foundations as the team grows.
