Job summary

Embedded Shishya seeks a hands-on Lead Full Stack Engineer to build and scale AI-powered applications. You will lead both technical direction and hands-on delivery across backend, frontend, cloud, and AI integrations.

You will guide architectural decisions, ship production-grade features, and collaborate with the founder and product team to turn ideas into production-ready solutions quickly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience leading technical decisions, mentoring engineers, or owning major product areas.
• Strong backend experience with Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask).
• Strong frontend experience with TypeScript and React or Angular.
• Proven experience building and scaling APIs and production-grade systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of full-stack systems using Python and modern frontend frameworks.
• Design, build, and ship AI-powered product features using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, agents, and AI APIs.
• Architect scalable backend services, APIs, data flows, and distributed systems.
• Make key technical decisions around system design, architecture, tooling, cloud infrastructure, and AI model usage.
• Build reliable integrations with third-party platforms, AI providers, social media tools, and internal product systems.
• Improve performance, security, observability, scalability, and reliability across the platform.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Guide engineers on best practices across code quality, architecture, testing, reviews, and delivery.
• Help the team adopt AI-assisted development workflows to improve speed, quality, and productivity.
• Work closely with the founder and product team to turn ideas into production-ready features quickly.
