Quarterhill Inc. seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and evolve high-performance web applications across the full tech stack. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions and mentor peers, driving technical excellence.

You will lead hands-on development while shaping architectural direction, promoting modern tooling, and contributing to technology roadmaps in a collaborative, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale web applications.
• Strong front-end and back-end skills with modern frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and services across the full technology stack.
• Build intuitive user experiences using modern front-end frameworks and robust back-end services.
• Translate business and product requirements into well-architected technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical roadmaps.
• Develop APIs, integrations, and data workflows for seamless connectivity across systems.
• Ensure performance, security, and maintainability; troubleshoot production issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation plans.
