Great Question is hiring a Product Engineer who will own end-to-end features from concept to production with light PM support. You’ll work across Rails APIs and React/TypeScript frontends, integrate real-time components, and ship with strong UX polish.

You’re senior (5+ years) and thrive in a remote, async environment. You’ll collaborate with the founders, designer, and broader engineering team to deliver customer-centric products that scale and impact the research experience for customers

• Strong across the full stack with API and frontend ownership.
• Experience shipping production features end-to-end.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote, async setup.
