StackAdapt is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a growing team building a large-scale digital advertising platform. You will write production-grade code that directly impacts the product, handling sizable datasets across frontend and backend stacks.

You’ll work with Go, Ruby on Rails, React, and GraphQL in a remote-first role open to candidates across Canada, with a competitive base salary and potential for bonuses, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience as a full stack engineer across backend and frontend codebases.
• Proficiency with modern web technologies including a JavaScript/TypeScript frontend framework and a Go or Ruby backend.
• Comfort working with large datasets and designing features that scale with customer growth.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional product engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead within a collaborative engineering organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship production code across frontend and backend layers of the advertising platform.
• Work with large datasets and modern stacks that may include Go, Ruby on Rails, React, and GraphQL.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering teams to deliver features end to end.
• Contribute to one of several hiring teams such as Billing, AI-powered customer experience, Insights, and more; participate in architectural decisions.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to architectural decisions within the full-stack group.
