Qualifications
Proficient in full-stack development with TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Node.js, Postgres, and Redis.
Comfortable tackling any part of the stack, from front-end to infrastructure.
Strong collaborator and communicator, able to vet decisions with stakeholders.
Ambitious, growth-oriented, and open to feedback.
Experience building reusable abstractions and tools.
Responsibilities
Own a large portion of a product, including research, specifications, wireframes, and end-to-end implementation.
Design and build new features, such as automated interview scheduling, declarative filter architecture, and in-app signing of offers.
Collaborate with product and design teams to define requirements and iterate on solutions.
Conduct user research, write specs, prototype, and integrate with cross-functional teams.
