Job summary

Judge Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer to join a hybrid team in Austin, TX, or Southlake, TX. The role focuses on building robust customer-facing and scalable backend applications with a strong emphasis on TDD and CI/CD practices.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience across frontend and backend tech, leads the lifecycle of software delivery, and mentors teammates while driving continuous improvement and high engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Experience building web-enabled apps using Angular/AngularJS, JSON/XML, and sync/async services.
• Strong proficiency in .NET/.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and RESTful API design.
• Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Relational DB experience (SQL/Oracle).
• Understanding of web app environments, security, performance, and debugging.
• Ability to work independently and lead technically within a team.
• Excellent communication across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine Agile stories with architects and stakeholders.
• Lead design, implementation, and deployment of features and fixes.
• Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews to uphold standards.
• Write unit tests, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure quality.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers.
• Collaborate with product owners to influence roadmaps and long-term planning.
• Develop internal tools and frameworks to boost productivity.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their career growth.
