Job summary
Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a .Net Full Stack Developer to join the Retail Onboarding and Activation team in Austin or Dallas. This 12-month hybrid role emphasizes building customer-facing and backend applications with fast delivery and quality.
You will design, code, review, and mentor, collaborating with architects and product owners to define stories and drive CI/CD practices using Bamboo, Bitbucket, JIRA, and Confluence.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of full stack development experience.
- Experience mentoring junior developers.
- Strong backend with .NET/.NET Core and C#.
- Front-end experience with ASP.NET, Angular, or AngularJS.
- RESTful API design and microservices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing.
Responsibilities
- Define Agile stories with architects and business partners.
- Perform design and code reviews.
- Provide technical direction and support to the team.
- Hands-on coding, unit testing, and production issue resolution.
- Lead design and implementation of new stories and bug fixes.
- Participate in product roadmap discussions and long-term planning.
- Develop tools and practices to increase team efficiency.
- Mentor junior staff to help reach career goals.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, leads and architects.
