Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET) to join the Retail Onboarding and Activation team in Austin, TX or Southlake, TX. You will build customer-facing and backend applications and participate in TDD and CI processes.

You will mentor junior developers, define agile stories, lead design and code reviews, and drive timely, high-quality releases using Bamboo and Bitbucket. This role offers exposure to modern cloud-based services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full stack application development experience, including mentoring or assisting junior team developers.
• Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET, Angular and/or AngularJS, JSON/XML, and Sync/Async services.
• Proven backend experience with .NET, .NET Core, C#, and RESTful API design, including micro-services and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL/Oracle) and distributed monolithic and cloud-based micro-services environments (Private Cloud/Pivotal Cloud Foundry is strongly differentiating).
• Comfort with CI/CD concepts, unit testing principles, API test automation, and automated deployment pipeline tools; Atlassian tool suite experience (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance customer-facing and backend applications for the Retail Onboarding and Activation team.
• Work in a Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration environment using Bamboo and Bitbucket.
• Collaborate with architects and business partners to define Agile stories for new capabilities.
• Lead design and implementation of new stories and bug fixes, including thorough design and code reviews.
• Tackle production issue solving with a focus on on-time, high-quality software product releases.
