Formación

• 8+ years of full‑stack software development experience including ownership of production applications.
• Strong understanding of workforce management concepts and processes.
• Experience with complex business rules engines, optimization logic, or scheduling workflows.
• Hands‑on with Java and Spring technologies (Spring Boot, REST, security, persistence).
• Frontend development with Angular or React, TypeScript, and modern testing practices.
• Familiarity with Node.js for integrations or supporting components.
• Experience integrating WFM with CX, HR, payroll, CRM, and data platforms.
• Experience with AWS and Amazon Connect is a plus.
• REST APIs, microservices, event‑driven architectures in distributed environments.
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling in PostgreSQL or similar.
• Cloud‑based and containerized application development and deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and optimization capabilities.
• Build microservices for forecasting, staffing calculations, schedule generation, shift management, adherence, and reporting.
• Develop responsive workforce applications using TypeScript and React.
• Design and consume REST APIs with API‑first approach and OpenAPI contracts.
• Implement event‑driven workflows for schedule changes, agent states, and metrics.
• Integrate WFM with CX platforms, ACD, HR, payroll, and data platforms.
• Model data in PostgreSQL with attention to integrity, history, and time zones.
• Containerize services and contribute to cloud‑native deployment patterns.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and automated tests.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design sessions.
• Collaborate with Product, Ops Research, QA, DevOps, UX, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
