Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable cloud-native applications powering WFM, CX, and operations. You will use Java and Spring Boot for backend services, React with TypeScript for frontend, and Node.js where appropriate for supporting components.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of full-stack experience, strong Java/Spring and React/TS skills, and hands-on experience with cloud and containerized deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring technologies, including Spring Boot, REST services, and automated testing.
• Solid frontend development experience with React/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern testing practices.
• Proven experience designing REST APIs, microservices, and maintainable applications in distributed environments.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases.
• Experience developing, deploying, or supporting cloud-based and containerized applications.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to document and lead client-facing workshops.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and secure API design.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or comparable messaging technologies.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud platforms; observability tooling and secure software delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and established engineering practices.
• Build modern web applications using React, TypeScript, reusable components, responsive layouts, and accessible interaction patterns.
• Develop and consume REST APIs with clear OpenAPI/Swagger contracts and error handling.
• Design modular, maintainable solutions using microservices and appropriate OO and event-driven design patterns.
• Use Node.js for lightweight services, integrations, or development tooling where appropriate.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL data models and queries for integrity and performance.
• Integrate with internal and external systems via REST APIs, webhooks, messaging, and other patterns.
• Containerize applications and contribute to cloud deployment patterns and CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.
• Instrument applications with logging, metrics, tracing, and error reporting; troubleshoot and improve performance.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, DevOps, Architecture and other engineers through design sessions and reviews.
