Synechron is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer with AI experience to design, develop, and support next-generation enterprise applications that blend traditional full-stack development with Generative AI capabilities.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, data scientists, architects, and engineers to build scalable, secure, and intelligent solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React, and modern cloud-native tech.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience in full-stack Java environments.
• Experience integrating Generative AI into enterprise apps.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React and Microservices.
• Integrate Generative AI and Large Language Models into enterprise workflows and AI-powered automation.
• Collaborate with AI Architects, Data Scientists, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable software.
